We would like to give you a fun beach day.

To accomplish this with you and all other guests, we have created these rules and guidelines.
By entering Fun Beach you agree to the following.

Art. 1 APPLICABILITY

By purchasing a ticket, e-ticket, or subscription (hereinafter also referred to as “entrance ticket”), the purchaser expressly and unconditionally accepts the applicability of these park rules. By entering the premises or facilities, including the parking area, visitors likewise accept these rules and are required to strictly follow all regulations and instructions given by our staff.
Violation of these park rules may result in denial of access or removal from the park. In the event of serious violations, the police will be contacted. For all cases and situations not covered by these park rules, we reserve the right to establish additional oral and/or written rules, which visitors are obliged to observe.

Art. 2 Parking

The same rules apply in our parking lot as on public roads. In order to prevent stagnation in traffic, the instructions of our parking attendants must be followed. If you do not or poorly follow the traffic rules and/or instructions, we are entitled to remove the vehicle from the parking lot at your risk and expense. Bicycles, mopeds, scooters and motorcycles must be parked in the designated parking facilities.
We are not liable for theft from or damage to your vehicle, unless the damage is the result of a shortcoming that can be attributed to the management or our park employees. This also applies if damage is caused by storm, fire, hail, explosion or other extraordinary events. We are entitled, to increase our control, to stick parking stickers on one of the windows of your vehicle. You must report damage to your vehicle before leaving our park. We are not liable for damage to your vehicle, unless the damage is the result of a shortcoming on the part of the management or our park employees.
Season ticket holders have no priority and no guarantee of a (permanent) parking space: full = full.

Art. 3 SAFETY, conduct and order regulations

Throughout the entire Fun Beach Event & Leisurepark, the following are prohibited:

  • Weapons and objects that may pose a danger;
  • Drugs, nitrous oxide canisters, shishas, and other intoxicating or consciousness-altering substances;
  • Sound equipment such as boomboxes and other music devices;
  • Barbecues, gas stoves, open flames, and comparable heat sources;
  • Glass items.

To ensure compliance with these safety regulations, Fun Beach may conduct bag checks. Fun Beach staff are authorized to confiscate the aforementioned items or remove their owners from the premises.
Instructions given by Fun Beach staff must be followed fully and immediately, in the interest of your own safety and that of other visitors.
Physical or verbal violence, intimidation, or any other undesirable behavior toward visitors, staff, or Fun Beach property will not be tolerated. If necessary, the police will be contacted.
The practice of martial arts is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Waste must be disposed of in the trash bins provided throughout the park. The premises are carefully maintained; if you notice any unsafe situation or damage, please report it promptly to a Fun Beach staff member.
If you cause damage yourself, you must also report this before leaving the premises.
Fire safety regulations and related signage must be strictly observed. Making fire is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted in buildings, attractions, and the Little Beach zone unless stated otherwise.

Art. 4 access, stay and conditions

Entering the Fun Beach Event & Leisurepark is at your own risk and responsibility. The park may only be entered with a valid admission ticket, which must be retained throughout the stay and shown immediately upon request by a Fun Beach staff member.
Additional admission fees may apply for the entire park or parts thereof. Fun Beach may also rent out parts of the park or the entire park to third parties on certain days, in which case access for regular visitors may be denied. Fun Beach is under no obligation to refund admission or subscription fees in whole or in part.
Leaving the park temporarily and re-entering is only permitted after obtaining a stamp from Guest Service; tickets are valid for single entry only.
Visitors may bring their own food and beverages, except glass items. Persons who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, who trade in or possess narcotics, or who otherwise disturb public order may be denied access or removed.
(Party) tents are not permitted.
(Wind) screens are permitted provided they have at least one open side and are properly secured.
Playing loud music is not allowed.
Animals are not permitted, with the exception of Soho dogs.
Fun Beach reserves the right to change opening hours and/or opening days during the season.
In the interest of visitor safety, Fun Beach may temporarily close entrances or gates in the event of excessive visitor numbers.
Fun Beach operates a fully cashless payment system. Cash payments are not accepted anywhere on the premises. Cash can only be exchanged for a Fun Beach Card at Guest Service. This card can be used as a means of payment at all locations within the park. The Fun Beach Card is valid for two years from the date of issue. Remaining balances are non-refundable. Reloading the Fun Beach Card is not possible. If the balance is insufficient, the outstanding amount can be paid using a second Fun Beach Card or by debit card payment.

Art. 5 LIABILITY, safety and
dress code

Fun Beach is not liable for accidents, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property. Fun Beach is only liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, or a culpable failure attributable to management or Fun Beach staff. Liability for any other damage, including consequential damage such as business loss or loss of income, is expressly excluded. Where Fun Beach cannot successfully invoke these liability limitations, liability is limited to the amount paid out by the liability insurer in the relevant case, plus the applicable deductible.
Visitors are advised to consider their own safety when choosing clothing. Loose jewelry or clothing such as rings, necklaces, headscarves, or other loose garments may pose a danger and are discouraged.
Swimming is only permitted in tight-fitting swimwear, in order to promote safety and hygiene in the water.

Art. 6 attractions and facilities

Unless stated otherwise, the Aquaparks, SuperSlide, and other Fun Beach facilities are available to visitors. In some cases, an additional fee may apply; where applicable, this must be paid prior to use.
When using attractions and facilities, all instructions and rules of use displayed on signs or given by park staff must be strictly followed. Certain attractions are subject to restrictions, such as minimum or maximum height or age. For safety reasons, visitors are required to comply with these regulations.
Failure to follow instructions or rules of use entitles Fun Beach staff to deny access to the attraction or facility, without any right to refund or compensation. This also applies to attempts to cut in line. Fun Beach is not liable for damage resulting from failure to follow instructions or usage rules.
The use of attractions, playground equipment, swimming, playing football, or other recreational activities is entirely at your own risk. Fun Beach staff may at any time take an attraction or part of the park out of operation, without any right to refund (part of) the admission ticket.

The Little Beach area is exclusively accessible to families with children up to 12 years of age and their adult supervisors. Smoking and playing music are not permitted in this area.

Art. 7. SUPERVISION

Parents and supervisors are fully responsible for the children and groups visiting Fun Beach under their supervision, including liability for any damage caused by these persons. Children without supervision may be denied access to the park.
There are no lifeguards present at Fun Beach. Visitors without a swimming certificate are strongly advised to use flotation devices. Even experienced swimmers are advised never to swim alone.
The entire park premises are monitored by CCTV for the safety of visitors, staff, and property. Camera footage is processed on the basis of legitimate interest and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Footage is not shared with third parties unless legally required, for example at the request of police or judicial authorities. By entering the park, visitors acknowledge that the premises are under camera surveillance.

Art. 8. DAMAGE REPORTS

Fun Beach is maintained with the utmost care. If damage occurs during your visit, it must be reported immediately and before leaving the park to a Fun Beach staff member. Reports made at a later time will not be eligible for compensation. Even if damage was caused unintentionally, visitors are requested to report it before leaving. If you observe situations that could potentially lead to damage, please notify Fun Beach immediately.

Art. 9. REMOVAL

Fun Beach staff are authorized to remove persons from the premises who violate or fail to comply with these park rules. Such removal does not entitle the visitor to a refund of the admission ticket or any other form of compensation.

Art. 10. RENTAL OF PRODUCTS

(e.g. pedal boats, canoes, beach beds, etc.)

Rented products may only be used for their intended purpose and must be returned in the same condition as received.
The renter is liable for damage to or loss of the product or any of its components.
Rental fees are determined based on the rates applicable at the time the rental agreement is concluded, as clearly stated or available for inspection at the lessor. Payment must be made in advance online, unless otherwise agreed.
The rental period runs from the time of receipt until the time of return, as stated in the contract or verbally agreed. Extension of the rental period is only possible with the lessor’s consent and at the applicable extension rates. Early return of the product terminates the rental agreement without any right to a reduction of the rental fee. The product must be returned to the agreed location and no later than the agreed time.
Any security deposit serves to cover all obligations of the renter under the rental agreement. Any remaining amount after settlement of the deposit must be paid by debit card. This does not affect the lessor’s right to full compensation for damages.

Art. 11 ONLINE TICKETING/ENTRY TICKET

Tickets may be purchased online or, at a higher rate, at the day ticket counter by debit card payment, subject to availability. Tickets are provided with a unique QR code. E-tickets are available for immediate download after payment and are sent digitally to the provided email address. Fun Beach is not liable for incorrectly entered email addresses or malfunctioning email accounts.
The purchaser must print the tickets in good quality and bring them along, or present them on a mobile device at the park entrance. QR codes must not be folded or damaged. Unreadable tickets may result in denied access. Tickets must be presented upon first request during the visit. Each ticket is valid for single use only and becomes invalid once the park is exited.
Tickets are date-specific and grant access to the park on the specified date, including Aquaparks, playground equipment, and other attractions. The QR code on the ticket or subscription must be shown for this purpose.
E-tickets may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission from Fun Beach and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless stated otherwise.
Rebooking e-tickets to another date is possible provided the ticket has not been used and the new date falls within the same season. After the season ends, no right to refund or rebooking exists. E-tickets are not redeemable for cash.
Fun Beach reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order without stating reasons. The purchaser will be informed by email.
If technical issues prevent payment from being processed correctly or on time, the e-ticket will be invalid. Fun Beach accepts no liability in such cases.
Fun Beach respects the privacy of all website users and treats personal data confidentially. With the purchaser’s consent, such data may be used to inform them about new products and services.
The statutory cooling-off period under distance selling legislation does not apply to e-tickets due to their limited validity and date-specific nature.

Art. 12 SUBSCRIPTION terms

Purchasing a subscription is only possible online. After payment, the subscription, equipped with a unique QR code, is immediately sent digitally to the email address provided by the purchaser. Fun Beach is not liable for incorrectly entered email addresses or malfunctioning email accounts. The purchaser must print the subscription in good quality and bring it to the park entrance, or present it on a mobile device. At the entrance, the subscription will be checked for validity.
When purchasing a subscription, the purchaser consents to the use of facial recognition as a means of access and identification. Subscription holders who do not wish to use facial recognition may purchase a subscription at an additional cost; they must report to the counter for identification at each entry.
Each subscription is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The QR code must not be folded or damaged. If a code is unreadable, access may be denied. Upon request, the subscription holder may be asked to temporarily remove headwear, sunglasses, or other face-covering clothing, while personal privacy is respected.
The statutory cooling-off period under the “Distance Selling Act” does not apply, as the purchaser gains immediate access to the park upon purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order without giving reasons. The purchaser will be informed of this by email. In the event of technical failures of any kind that prevent payment from being processed or authorized correctly or on time, the subscription is not valid; we accept no liability in this regard.
Subscriptions remain the property of the park. They may not be used by third parties, traded, or resold. A subscription may be revoked if the holder behaves improperly or acts in violation of these park rules, without any right to a refund of (part of) the purchase price.
A subscription holder always has the right to access the park. Due to a limited number of available spots, pre-registration is required via the online booking system at www.funbeach.nl. Without registration, access is not possible. A maximum of three visit days may be reserved simultaneously. Registration is possible until 12:00 PM at the latest, one day in advance. Once one of the reserved visit days has passed, a new reservation can be made. Visit days may be reserved as long as the subscription is valid.
On the day of the visit, the subscription holder will receive a reminder email at 08:00 AM. This email also contains a link to cancel the reservation. Cancellations can be made until 10:00 AM on the same day. Cancellations received after this time will no longer be processed. Early cancellations are always possible via the personal account.
If a subscription holder registers but does not show up, they will receive the first “no-show” notice by email at 07:00 PM the same day. After a second no-show, a new visit day can only be reserved after a single admission ticket has been purchased. After this payment, the subscription is reactivated for new reservations.
It is not permitted to use subscriptions for commercial purposes without our written consent. Subscriptions cannot be combined with promotions or discounts, unless otherwise stated.
We respect the privacy of all users of our online booking system and ensure that the personal data provided is treated confidentially. If the purchaser provides consent, for example by ticking or unticking a consent option, this data may be used to inform them about the expiration of the subscription or about new products and services.

Art. 13 IMAGE, SOUND, SALES AND PRIVACY

Promotion or the sale of services and/or products on the parking lot or within Fun Beach is not permitted without written permission from park management.
During your visit, film and photographic recordings may be made by or on behalf of Fun Beach for promotional and/or commercial purposes. No rights may be derived from such recordings.
Recording for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited. Photography and filming for private use are permitted. The use of drones is prohibited unless written permission has been granted by management.

Art. 14 FORCE MAJEUR

If Fun Beach is unable to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure, no right to refund or compensation exists. Force majeure includes all external causes, foreseen or unforeseen, beyond Fun Beach’s control, including but not limited to fire, accidents, illness, pandemics, poor water quality, extreme weather conditions, calamities, strikes, riots, war, government measures, and transport disruptions.

Art. 15 General

Found items must be handed over to our staff. In cases not covered by these park rules, the judgment of our park staff shall prevail. The invalidity of any provision of these park rules does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
We wish you a wonderful Fun Beach Day and hope that these park rules contribute to your enjoyment.
